My Why

Beaumont has always been home to me. As a third-generation lifelong resident, I’ve had the privilege of watching our community grow and change while building deep roots here with my family. Two of my children attend Beaumont Unified, and our family is actively involved in our schools through volunteering and supporting community sports programs.

I have a passion for education, which led me to earn my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Through my studies, I developed a strong understanding and deeper appreciation of the important work happening in our schools. As a parent of children in Beaumont Unified, I believe it is valuable to bring a parent’s perspective to the board—one grounded in both an understanding of education and firsthand experience navigating our schools as a family.

I truly love Beaumont and believe we have a strong community and a strong foundation in our schools. I’m running because I want to give back to the community that has given so much to my family and help build on the momentum already taking place in our district. I want to contribute thoughtful decision-making, a parent’s perspective, and a genuine commitment to our students.

For me, this campaign is about more than serving on a school board. It’s about investing in the community I love, building on the work already underway, and helping build brighter futures for the next generation.
